A weekend off the calendar.

Open weekends and weeknights, in the rolling hills of Loudoun County.

A note on staying

A weekend that requires nothing.

No itinerary. No welcome packet. No 4 PM wine tasting you didn't ask for. The suite is ready when you arrive — coffee on the counter, a fire laid if you want one, breakfast already arranged for whenever you wake up.

On a quiet weekend you might see one member of our team, and only because they're walking past the porch on their way somewhere else. Some couples come and never leave the suite. Others walk the trails until sundown. Both are correct.

What's included with every stay

A stay is the simplest thing we do.

One suite. One breakfast. One estate. Zero schedule.

  1. i.
A suite, made up and waiting. Linens turned down, coffee on the counter, fire laid if you want one.
  2. ii.
A chef-made breakfast. On the porch or in the room, on your schedule.
  3. iii.
Full run of twenty-four acres. Fire pits, gathering rooms, the orchard, the creek, the trails.
  4. iv.
On-call hospitality. The team is here if you need anything. Most weekends, you won't.
  5. v.
Add-ons, never upsold. Private dinner, in-room massage, late checkout, a picnic packed for the trail — only if you ask.
Through the seasons

The estate, year-round.

Spring

The gardens come back. Long mornings on the porch, dogwoods on the trails, doors open by ten.

Summer

Late dinners outside, the creek running cool at the back of the property, fire pits well past dark.

Fall

The light turns gold around six and stays. October weekends book early; the orchard is at its peak.

Winter

Wood-burning fireplaces in the suites, slower mornings, no other guests on the property. The quietest the place ever gets.

A quiet moment together
Florals close-up
The fire pit at dusk
A bouquet on a table
String lights in the trees
The ONEderful framework

One suite. One breakfast. One estate. Zero schedule.

From $380/night.

An invitation

Take the weekend.

Or a Tuesday. We hold rooms for both.
